Question 1

How does the booking and ₹500 advance work?

Accepted Answer

Unlike typical platforms that charge 100% upfront, Kouminify only requires a nominal ₹500 reservation advance to lock in your dates, couple privileges, and room inventory. The remaining stay or experience balance is settled directly upon check-in at the property.

Question 2

Are the stays couple-friendly and verified for privacy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 100%. Every single boutique hotel, homestay, and glamping retreat in our catalogue is personally inspected and vetted for romantic couple privacy. Local IDs and married/unmarried adult couples with valid government ID are warmly welcomed without awkward scrutiny.

Question 3

What destinations do you cover in Uttarakhand?

Accepted Answer

We curate romantic retreats across Kumaon and Garhwal, including Nainital, Bhimtal, Mukteshwar, Ramnagar (Jim Corbett), and Mussoorie. Each destination offers handpicked stays with panoramic views and intimate couple experiences.

Question 4

How are surprise room decorations and candlelight dinners executed?

Accepted Answer

Once you reserve a surprise decoration or romantic dinner, our on-ground concierge coordinates directly with the property team. We arrange fresh roses, LED fairy lights, balloon arches, or private poolside/lakeside candlelight setups prior to your arrival so your partner walks into a complete fairytale surprise.

Question 5

Can you assist with railway station and airport cab transfers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our concierge can arrange verified private mountain cabs from Kathgodam Railway Station, Pantnagar Airport, or Indira Gandhi International Airport (Delhi) directly to your resort in the hills.

Question 6

What if bad weather or a landslide prevents us from traveling?

Accepted Answer

We offer an unconditional Weather Guarantee. If official road closures or landslides affect your route to Kumaon, you can either receive a 100% refund of your advance or an indefinite credit voucher valid for 12 months.

Question 7

How quickly can I reach the concierge if I have a special request?

Accepted Answer

Our WhatsApp concierge is active 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Typical response time is under 15 minutes. For on-trip guests, 24/7 emergency assistance is always provided.
