We understand mountain trips are special. Because our bookings are confirmed with a minimal ₹500 advance, our cancellation framework is designed to be fair, zero-stress, and protective of your plans.
100% Full Refund
Cancel anytime before 72 hours for a full refund of your ₹500 advance or reschedule free for up to 90 days.
Free Reschedule

Fresh floral installations, custom cakes, and private lakeside cabanas require same-day perishable purchases and artisan labor.
In the rare event of severe monsoon highway closures, landslides verified by district administration, or natural emergencies preventing travel to Nainital or Kumaon, we offer an unconditional choice:
Instant refund of your advance back to your original payment account.
Flexible travel credit valid across any Kouminify stay or experience for 12 months.
Our concierge processes requests within 15 minutes on WhatsApp.
